What classes do you offer?

We offer 3 different types of workout classes: Lagree, Spin and Modern Mat Pilates!

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a high intensity low impact workout performed on the microformer. Lagree is designed to be a lifelong workout, that combines concepts of traditional pilates and body building concepts. We move slow & controlled and allow our muscles to reach maximum fatigue using time under tension with a spring based resistance.

What are your Modern Mat Pilates Classes like?

We keep our Modern Mat Pilates classes very similar to our Lagree concept. We keep it slow and sticky, you’re guaranteed to shake!

What can I expect coming into a spin class?

Our spin classes are a high energy cardio workout, performed on the spinner NXT. Get ready to dance on a bike! Our spin classes are rhythmic based, we find the beat and dance along using exercises that engage many different muscle groups.

How long are your classes?

Each class is 45 min of a non-stop workout, with a 5 minute cool down and stretch.

Do I need to bring anything?

For our Mat Pilates & Lagree classes, we require grip socks, to maintain safety and cleanliness.

For our spin classes, we provide complimentary spin shoes for you, if you do not have any.

We have a water fountain as well as water bottles and other beverages for purchase, so no need to bring anything else, unless you have a favorite water bottle :)

What do I wear?

Any workout attire that is breathable, comfortable & and allows you to move freely!
