Founded by owner Juliana Kent, our studio was built from a passion for Pilates, Lagree, Spin, and coffee. Nearly nine years ago, Juliana immersed herself in the fitness world, taking Modern Pilates, Lagree & Spin classes seven days a week, instructing classes, and working at a local coffee shop while pursuing a degree in Nursing.

Life, however, had different plans. After becoming a stay at home mom to her first daughter, Juliana found the opportunity to pursue another dream: creating a space that combined everything she loved most Pilates, Lagree, Spin, and coffee all under one roof.

She began her entrepreneurial journey by selling locally roasted coffee beans and homemade coffee syrups at local events and the Big Lake Farmer’s Market. During the off season, she launched her own Pilates sock brand, which quickly expanded into both wholesale and retail markets across the U.S.

The following summer, Juliana introduced her very first mat Pilates classes in the park in Becker, Minnesota, where she immediately saw the excitement and support from the local community. For over a year and a half, she continuously prayed for the right timing and opportunity to open her own studio.

Just two months after launching the park classes, that opportunity finally came and she didn’t hesitate. In less than one week, she signed the lease and opened the studio the very next week.

Now, as we approach our one-year anniversary on July 7, 2026, our community continues to grow rapidly. Juliana’s mission has always been to create a welcoming space where everyone feels uplifted, empowered, stronger, and supported a place to escape, grow, and find community.

She often says, “The hardest part is simply walking through the doors.”
